How We Approach Every Job
Confirm the Scope
You describe the problem; we confirm which service covers it and provide the fixed price. No visit charge for this step — it's done by phone or message.
Arrive and Prepare
We arrive within the confirmed window, lay protective sheets, locate the isolation valve, and confirm the scope matches what was described before starting work.
Complete and Verify
Work is completed, tested at both temperature settings, and confirmed with you before we pack up. Site is left clean; old parts removed.
Tap Cartridge Service
Replacement of worn ceramic cartridges in single-lever kitchen and bathroom taps. Covers one tap per job — kitchen or bathroom, hot-cold or mixer type. Includes basic descaling of the spout and a check of the hot and cold balance before we leave.

Process
- 1 Isolate water to the tap; confirm cartridge type
- 2 Remove handle and extract worn cartridge
- 3 Descale spout interior; fit new ceramic cartridge
- 4 Restore water; test flow and temperature balance
Toilet & Bidet Repair
Repair of one toilet — cistern, flush mechanism, and seal — together with the connected bidet sprayer and hose. This service is designed for households where one toilet has developed several related issues at once, so everything is addressed in the same visit rather than patched one at a time.

Multi-Bathroom Refit
Coordinated replacement of fixtures across two bathrooms in a single planned visit. Suitable for households renovating, upgrading ageing fittings, or standardising fixtures across rooms. Covers preparation, fitting, sealing, and full hot/cold testing on completion.

Standards Applied Across All Services
Water Isolation First
We locate and operate the relevant isolation valve before opening any fitting. Water is never shut off to the whole property unless the scope specifically requires it.
Temperature Testing
All tap and bidet work is tested at both hot and cold settings before the job is closed. Balance issues are adjusted on the same visit at no additional charge.
Leak Inspection at Joins
Every connection is checked visually and by feel after work is restored. We do not leave until we are satisfied there are no drips at any joint or seal.
Malaysian-Spec Parts
We carry parts rated for the pressure and temperature conditions common in Selangor residential buildings — from older terrace houses to high-rise condominiums.
Full Site Cleanup
Protective sheets placed before work begins. All packaging and old components removed on departure. Bathroom surfaces wiped before we leave.
Written Record of Work
Each completed job is summarised in a simple written receipt noting what was replaced or repaired — useful for tenancy records or future reference.
