How KasihSalur Came to Be
KasihSalur started in 2016 when Encik Hafizuddin Razak, a trained pipe-fitter with over a decade in commercial construction, decided to focus entirely on the residential side of the trade. He had spent years fitting out office blocks and hotels, and noticed that homeowners in Petaling Jaya often had trouble finding a plumber who would give a straight answer about what a job would cost or how long it would take.
The company's name — KasihSalur, a blend of the Malay words for affection and conduit — reflects that founding idea: plumbing done with genuine care for the people living in the home, not just the pipes running through it.
Today the team handles tap cartridge replacements, toilet and bidet repairs, and planned multi-bathroom refits across SS 2, Subang, Shah Alam, Damansara, and surrounding residential areas. Every job is scoped before it starts and priced at the quoted rate — no additions on the day unless something genuinely unexpected surfaces.

Every tap and bidet installation is tested at both temperature ends before the job is closed out. Balance issues are corrected on the same visit.
