Do I need to supply any parts myself?

No. For Tap Cartridge Service and Toilet & Bidet Repair, standard components are included in the quoted price. For Multi-Bathroom Refit, we discuss fixture choices with you beforehand — if you have preferences for a specific brand or fitting, we can factor that in during planning.

How long does each service take?

Tap cartridge replacement typically takes 45 minutes to one hour per tap. A toilet and bidet repair runs about 1.5 to 2 hours. Multi-bathroom refit is a full-day job, usually 5 to 7 hours depending on the scope agreed during planning.

Is the price fixed or can it change on the day?

The price listed for each service is the price you pay, provided the job falls within the standard scope. If we find something genuinely additional on the day — for example a corroded pipe behind a wall that affects the repair — we will explain it clearly and get your agreement before proceeding.
